Lekki is not a single neighbourhood. It is a broad peninsula containing distinct districts, estates and destinations that extend well beyond Lekki Phase 1. A listing that simply says “Lekki” may still be a considerable drive from another Lekki address.
Why people visit
The wider Lekki corridor contains major cultural and outdoor destinations, including Nike Art Gallery, Lekki Conservation Centre and the Yemisi Shyllon Museum of Art farther along the Lekki–Epe axis.
It also contains restaurants, private beaches, shopping centres and short-let accommodation spread across several neighbourhoods. Farther east, La Campagne Tropicana is a destination resort rather than a central Lekki add-on.
Plan by exact location
Always check whether a destination is in Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, Chevron, Agungi, Osapa, Ajah or Ibeju-Lekki. These places should not be treated as interchangeable. Combining several stops works best when they sit along the same part of the corridor.
